Start in Warrior ready stance B

  1. Move the left foot to B to form a middle stance toward D while raising both elbows to the sides horizontally
  2. Execute a left hand angle punch to C while sliding to A maintaining a middle stance toward D
  3. Execute a right hand angle punch to C while sliding to B maintaining a middle stance toward D Perform 2 and 3 in a fast motion
  4. Execute a right palm hooking block D while standing up toward D
  5. Execute a left hand middle punch to D while forming a middle stance toward D Perform 4 and 5 in a continuous motion
  6. Execute a left palm hooking block to D while standing up toward D
