Meaning:

Won-Hyo was the noted monk who introduced Buddhism to the Silla Dynasty in the year of 686 A.D.

Description:

Start in ready stance A

  1. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise towards B into a right back stance and square block
  2. Grab you opponent’s hair with your left hand and pull them into your right shoulder while inside knife-hand striking them to the neck with your right hand
  3. Pull left foot in and then slide back out to a left fixed stance while middle punching towards B.
  4. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then move the right foot towards A forming a left back stance and square block
  5. Grab you opponent’s hair with your right hand and pull them into your left shoulder while inside knife-hand striking them to the neck with your left hand
  6. Pull right foot in and then slide back out to a right fixed stance while middle punching towards A.
  7. Bring the right foot to the left foot and form a right bending ready towards D.
  8. Left foot side kick and left hand punch towards D at the same time and hold the re chamber
  9. Lower the left foot towards D into a right back stance and double knife-hand guarding block
  10. Step forward into a left back stance and double knife-hand guarding block
  11. Step forward into a right back stance and double knife-hand guarding block
  12. Step forward into a right front stance and left hand block down and right hand spear finger strike over the left hand (left hand should be under right elbow)
  13. Turn 270 degrees counter-clockwise towards A into a right back stance and square block
  14. Grab you opponent’s hair with your left hand and pull them into your right shoulder while inside knife-hand striking them to the neck with your right hand
  15. Pull left foot in and then slide back out to a left fixed stance while middle punching towards A.
  16. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then move the right foot towards B forming a left back stance and square block
  17. Grab you opponent’s hair with your right hand and pull them into your left shoulder while inside knife-hand striking them to the neck with your left hand
  18. Pull right foot in and then slide back out to a right fixed stance while middle punching towards B.
  19. While keeping the right hand out bring the right foot to the left foot and then move the left foot towards C into a left front stance and right arm circular block
  20. Right foot front kick keeping hands in same position as previous step
  21. Lower the right foot to C into a right front stance and left hand middle punch
  22. Without stepping left arm circular block
  23. Left foot front kick keeping hands in same position as previous step
  24. Lower the left foot towards the back forming a left front stance and right-hand middle punch
  25. Turn counter-clockwise into a left bending ready stance
  26. Right foot side kick and right hand punch at the same time towards C
  27. Lower the right foot and then turn 270 degrees counter-clockwise into a right back stance towards B and execute a guarding block
  28. Bring the left foot to the right foot and then move the right foot out towards A into a left back stance and execute a guarding block
