Description and Meaning:

Start in parallel ready stance

  1. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into left deep walking stance and left arm low block
  2. Right foot front kick set back into right back stance and left arm outer forearm block
  3. Turn right 180 degrees clockwise into right deep walking stance and right arm low block
  4. Left foot front kick set back into left back stance and do a right arm outer forearm block
  5. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left deep walking stance and right knife hand high block
  6. Right foot round kick and place the kicking leg down just ahead of the left foot turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise and step into a left deep walking stance and left outside middle block then right hand middle punch
  7. Right foot front kick and land in a right deep walking stance and left hand middle punch
  8. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into right deep walking stance and right outside middle block then left hand middle punch
  9. Left foot front kick landing in a left deep walking stance and right hand middle punch
  10. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a parallel ready stance, cross both hands over your heart and do a slow double low block
  11. Step forward into a right deep walking stance and left hand knife-hand block
  12. Left foot round kick and Kihap! place kicking leg down just ahead of right foot, turn 270 degrees clockwise into a right deep walking stance and right arm low block
  13. Left foot front kick step back into left back stance and right outside middle block
  14. Turn 180 degrees counter clockwise into left deep walking stance and left arm low block
  15. Right foot front kick step back into right back stance and left outside middle block
  16. Move your right foot, turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a right back stance and double knife-hand middle block
  17. Stepping back into left back stance turning counter-clockwise, double knife hand middle block
  18. Stepping back into left deep walking stance and left middle palm block then right-hand middle punch
  19. Stepping back into right deep walking stance and right middle palm block then left hand middle punch
