Description and Meaning:

Start in parallel ready stance

  1. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left walking stance and left arm low block
  2. Right foot front kick landing in a right deep walking stance then right hand middle punch then left hand middle punch
  3. Turn right 180 degrees clockwise into a right walking stance and right arm low block
  4. Left foot front kick landing in a left deep front stance then left-hand middle punch then right-hand middle punch
  5. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left walking stance and right knife hand strike to the neck
  6. Step forward into right walking stance and left knife hand strike to the neck
  7. Slide the left foot turning 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a right back stance and left knife hand middle block
  8. Slide left foot into a left deep left front stance and right hand middle punch
  9. Turn 180 degrees clockwise sliding the right foot into a left back stance and right knife hand middle block
  10. Slide right foot into a right deep front stance and left hand middle punch
  11. Sliding the left foot turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left walking stance and right inside middle block
  12. Step forward into right walking stance and left inside middle block
  13. Turn 270 degrees counter-clockwise into a left walking stance and left arm low block
  14. Right foot front kick landing in a right deep walking stance then right hand middle punch then left hand middle punch
  15. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a right walking stance and right arm low block
  16. Left foot front kick landing in a left deep front stance then left hand middle punch then right hand middle punch
  17. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into left walking stance and left arm low block then right hand middle punch
  18. Step forward into right walking stance and right arm low block then left hand middle punch
