Description and Meaning:

Start in parallel ready stance

  1. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a right back stance and double knife hand middle block
  2. Step forward into a right deep walking stance and block down with the left hand and right spear hand
  3. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a left back stance and double knife hand middle block
  4. Step forward into a left deep walking stance and block down with the right hand and left spear hand
  5. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left walking stance and, left hand knife-hand high block and right hand knife-hand strike to the neck (both at same time)
  6. Right foot front kick landing into a right deep walking stance and left hand middle punch
  7. Left foot side kick
  8. Right side kick landing in a left back stance and double knife hand middle block
  9. Turn 270 degrees counter-clockwise into a right back stance and left outer forearm block
  10. Right foot front kick (don't move forward) set down into right back stance right inside middle block
  11. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a left back stance and right outside forearm block
  12. Left foot front kick (don't move forward) set down in a left back stance and left inside middle block
  13. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left deep walking stance and left hand knife-hand high block and right hand knife-hand strike to the neck (both at same time)
  14. Right foot front kick landing in a deep right walking stance and right-hand downward back fist strike (to opponent's nose)
  15. Sliding the left foot turn 90 degrees counter clockwise into a left walking stance and left inside block
  16. Right hand middle punch without stepping
  17. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a right walking stance and right inside block
  18. Left hand middle punch without stepping
  19. Sliding the left foot turn 90 degrees counter clockwise into a left deep walking stance and left inside block then right hand middle punch and then a left hand middle punch
  20. Step forward into a right deep walking stance and right inside block then left hand middle punch and then a right hand middle punch Kihap!
