Slide left foot into left deep stance, reverse punch with right hand
Jump double front kick (right then left) Kihap! Land in a left deep walking stance left inside middle block then punch with the right-hand then left-hand punch
Step forward into right deep walking stance and right-hand punch
Turn 270 degrees counter-clockwise and left arm low block and right-arm single mountain high block (the left foot should be behind the right foot)
Pivot to the left into a left deep stance and perform a slow upward punch with right hand while bringing left hand to right shoulder
Cross step to the right and right arm low block and left arm single mountain block (the right foot should be behind the left foot).
Pivot to the right into a right deep stance and perform a slow upward punch with the left hand while bringing the right hand to the left shoulder
Turn 270 degrees counter-clockwise into a right back stance and left double knife hand block
Slide left foot forward into a left deep walking stance and right middle punch
Right foot front kick return foot back to kicking position (behind left foot), step back with left foot, bring right foot into cat stance and right palm block
Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left cat stance and double knife hand middle block
Left foot front kick land in a left deep walking stance and right-hand punch
Move left foot back into cat stance and left palm block
Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a right cat stance and double knife hand middle block
Right foot front kick landing in a right deep walking stance and left-hand punch
Move right foot back into cat stance and palm block
Turn 90 degrees clockwise into a left back stance and double fist low block
Left front kick, pause and do not set the foot down, then right jump front kick and Kihap! land in a right deep walking stance and right inside middle block then punch with the left hand then punch with the right hand
Turn 270 degrees counter-clockwise into a right back stance and left single knife hand middle block
Move left foot into left deep walking stance and elbow strike with right arm
Right backfist to the nose with right fist
Left-hand punch
Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a left back stance and single knife hand middle block
Move right foot into right deep walking stance and elbow strike with left arm
