Description and Meaning:

Start in parallel ready stance

  1. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into a left deep stance and left arm low block
  2. Sliding left for into a left standing stance, left hand downward hammer fist
  3. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a right deep stance and right arm low block
  4. Slide right for into a right standing stance, right hand downwards hammer fist
  5. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise step forward into left deep stance and left inside block then right inside block
  6. Right foot front kick landing in a right deep stance and right hand downward back fist then left inside block
  7. Left foot front kick landing in a left deep walking stance and left hand downward backfist then right hand inside block
  8. Step forward into a right deep walking stance and right hand downward backfist
  9. Turn 270 degrees counter clockwise into right back stance and left hand knife-hand middle block
  10. Step into right deep walking stance and right high reinforced elbow strike
  11. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into a left back stance and right hand knife-hand middle block
  12. Step forward into left deep walking stance and left high reinforced elbow strike
  13. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into left deep walking stance and left arm low block then right arm inside block
  14. Right foot front kick landing in a right deep waling stance and right arm low block then left hand inside block
  15. Sliding left foot Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into left deep walking stance and left arm high block
  16. Right foot side kick and right hand punch at the same time landing in a right deep walking stance and left middle elbow into open right hand
  17. Turn 180 degrees clockwise into right deep walking stance and right arm high block
  18. Left foot side kick and left hand punch at same time landing in a left deep walking stance and right middle elbow strike into open left hand
  19. Turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise into left deep walking stance and left arm low block then right arm inside block
  20. Right foot front kick jump forward and land in a right x stance while executing a right backfist to the nose. Kihap!
